The Knights of Skirbeck are a medieval re-enactment society, based in Boston Lincolnshire. We portray the life of the household of Sir Bryan of Skirbeck, Earl of Witham, during the hundred years war (1337-1453)
We have our own living history camp, consisting of 3 authentic tents, including a kitchen which has a cooks range, herbs & spices display, authentic table & seating, portable wheat mill and cooking utensils, all of which our cook uses to prepare authentic medieval meals for the household.
We also have a wide range of weaponry including, swords, axes, maces, polearms, shields etc. along with various types of armour, from basic padding to leather, maille and full steel plate. Which of course we regularly use in our combat demonstrations.
